HTD Talent is recruiting Entry-Level Sales Representatives for one of our clients with opportunities across multiple U.S. locations.


This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to start a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required. You will receive paid, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and the support needed to develop your sales and business skills.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers in your assigned territory and help identify solutions that meet their business needs.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Connect with prospective customers through outreach, leads, and referrals
  • Meet with customers at their locations to better understand their needs
  • Present and demonstrate products and solutions
  • Work closely with your local sales team to develop opportunities and achieve sales goals
  • Complete paid training to develop strong product, sales, and customer relationship skills


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree completed or expected by December 2026
  • Recent graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to different customer needs
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 60%, including occasional overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Comfortable transporting product demonstration equipment when needed
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation
