Job description

Nationwide Opportunity – Work in OH, High Pay, Free Travel & More!

Ready to Travel and Earn Big?
We’re hiring across the country for a high-paying opportunity to support voter engagement in Ohio! We’ll fly you out, cover your travel costs, and set you up with everything you need to get started.

What We Offer:

  • High Pay: Start at $22/hr - $35/hr, with opportunities for weekly raises.
  • Overtime: Unlimited overtime – the more hours you work, the more you earn!
  • Free Travel: We cover your travel to Ohio and back home at the end of the project.
  • Accommodation & Transportation: Stay in a shared hotel or Airbnb, fully paid for by us. Plus, you’ll get a rental car paid for.

Expectations & Schedule:

  • Work Hours: A minimum of 50 hours per week is expected. Work your own schedule between 8:55 AM – 8:00 PM. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are workdays, so keep your weekends free!
  • Commitment: We’re covering your travel and stay, so we expect serious workers who are ready to hustle.

Important Details About Your First Week:

  • Your first paycheck will arrive 7-10 days after starting. You'll need to cover food and any initial gas costs upfront, as we do not provide advances before the first paycheck. If you’re unable to perform as expected, you may be let go.

Job Duties:
Work on the ground to boost voter participation by engaging with residents across Ohio. Your role will involve face-to-face interactions to encourage turnout, using a simple app to collect information and provide QR codes for further engagement. It’s easy, meaningful work that helps shape the community.
