Multiple Entry-Level Sales Reps wanted at Legacy Restoration in Des Moines, IA! Our residential remodeling and repair team is hiring motivated go-getters to connect with potential customers and help bring new business to our books.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ENTRY-LEVEL SALES REP:

  • Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; however, our team understands that flexibility is key to success in this role. Sales Representatives are expected to manage their schedules based on customer availability, business needs, and individual performance goals. This may occasionally require attendance for morning huddles and extended evening hours. Saturdays are required- 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. We are closed for business on Sunday.
  • Canvassing various neighborhoods, walking around, knocking on doors, and speaking with homeowners about their house exteriors
  • Safely climbing ladders to perform roof inspections
  • Asking questions to learn about the customers' remodeling and renovation needs and promoting our incredible services
  • Booking appointments and keeping track of your sales success
  • Building new connections and bringing new business to the company

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18+ years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
  • Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
  • Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
