Electric Power Systems, Inc. is a unique company offering a wide range of experience and education in the area of power system operations, engineering, and administration. We provide extensive services from planning studies, design and construction, to periodic testing and maintenance.

We are currently seeking a skilled Transmission Line Design Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time position and may require some travel. Proficiency utilizing PLS-CADD is required. You must have knowledge of NESC code as well. Alaska professional engineer/registration or the capability of acquiring the registration in the near future is preferred. You will be responsible for the development of transmission line design (engineering analysis, route selection, structure spotting, and line design calculations), business development, and client interaction. Other responsibilities include technical design, project review, development of transmission standards, drawings, specifications, cost estimating, project scheduling, and project management.
