This often includes a combination of classroom-style instruction, hands-on practice, and shadowing experienced team members. You’ll likely work closely with a supervisor or mentor who will guide your progress, answer questions, and provide ongoing feedback. The goal is to build your confidence and competence so you can contribute effectively to the team while gaining valuable skills for future advancement.
