Shipping Solutions Associate On-Site | Etail Rocket / On Point Production

Etail Rocket is hiring a Shipping Solutions Associate to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role is primarily desk-based, managing shipping workflows and systems, with some hands-on warehouse support as needed.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Intake & Shipments Spreadsheet
  • Supplier Coordination Communication & Follow Ups with our supply chain
  • New Item Creation & completion of checklists upon all items arrival to warehouse
  • Ordering for all Marketplaces & Quarterly Focused Items
  • Replenishment for Marketplaces & Confirming Targets with Sales/Events
  • Alibaba Communications for New Products & Finding New Suppliers


Other things You’ll Do

  • Print and manage shipping labels
  • Organize and distribute orders to the fulfillment team
  • Process replacement orders and returns
  • Manage shipping, inventory, and task systems
  • Coordinate with carriers and vendors
  • Assist with packing and troubleshooting order issues
