Job description

Remote Life Insurance Agent – Commission-Based


Boatman Agency is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing life insurance team. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in insurance sales with flexible scheduling and ongoing training and support.


What you'll do:

  • Meet with individuals and families to understand their life insurance and financial protection needs
  • Educate clients on available insurance solutions
  • Conduct virtual and/or phone appointments
  • Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers
  • Complete applications and assist clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain professional communication and accurate records

What we're looking for:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Professional and dependable
  • Willingness to learn insurance products and sales processes
  • Sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is helpful but not required

Licensing:

An active state life insurance license is required to sell insurance. Candidates who are not currently licensed may be considered and can complete the required state-approved pre-licensing education and licensing process before conducting insurance sales.
