Job description

Great Hill Consulting Group is looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative.

Must commute to our office for full-time work! This role is not remote.

We're seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork. This position reports to the Marketing Director and Managing Director and has responsibility for assisting with the many facets of the sales and marketing effort including supporting sales goals, developing and implementing various marketing programs, and business development.

Required Qualification

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Sales driven with ability to CLOSE
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel and Word
  • Experience in sales, marketing and/or business development is a plus.

Primary Duties Include

  • Develop new business opportunities with corporate workshops
  • Help develop and implement new marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage client relationships
  • Evaluate new and pending accounts
  • Manage projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain and evaluate inventory for brand awareness and corporate workshops
  • Responsible for assisting with sales/marketing campaigns
  • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations to help grow sales leads
