As a Customer Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide information about available products and services, and help ensure each customer receives a positive experience. This is an entry-level position; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed and continue professional development.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer and client interactions
  • Educate customers on current promotions, products, and available offers
  • Review and update customer accounts as needed
  • Conduct follow-ups with existing customers
  • Work with the management team during daily training and planning
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional, face-to-face communication
