Mission Objective

As an Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative, your mission is to:

  • Engage with local businesses face-to-face to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect employees

  • Execute a structured, repeatable sales system with precision and discipline

  • Build trust-based relationships that create long-term results

  • Track, report, and analyze your performance to continuously improve

  • Follow direction from leadership while taking initiative to excel independently

This role is designed to develop your skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities, preparing you to advance into senior sales or trainer roles as you prove your capabilities.


Operational Details

  • Role Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

  • Work Location: Remote, with in-person B2B field operations in your community

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

  • Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 annually (starting weekly draw, transitioning to uncapped commissions and performance bonuses)
