Your New Role:
This is an entry level coordinator role, designed for the person that has been a production assistant on a few projects. The main role of this job will be to support studio facilities master schedule document for all Bleacher Report and House of Highlights' on-site productions. In addition to tracking and sharing production updates, this person will be responsible for daily show memos, in-studio production support, booking freelance travel, and onboarding freelancers.
This role reports to Bleacher Report Production Manager.
This role requires thorough communication skills and the ability to think quickly on his/her/their feet.
This role also requires some work on weekends and late nights.
Your Role Accountabilities:
LIVE/TAPED PRODUCTIONS
  • Support show day needs:
    • Sourcing any last-minute props for skits and other on-site productions
    • Managing runner team, overseeing catering delivery, etc.
    • Collect and scan appearance releases
    • Taking detailed notes of any problems throughout the show to send to the rest of production operations team
    • Receive catering for on-sire productions; strike and store leftovers after meal time ends

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION
  • Support Production Managers in communicating updates to various departments
  • Distribute daily production schedules and crew information

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS
  • Book travel for above the line production crew members
  • Reconciling expenses for production shoots
  • Research production locations for remote shoots
  • Maintain detailed list of production supplies
  • Onboard IC/Freelance new hires
  • Work with payroll for timely payment of freelance staff members

Qualifications & Experiences:
  • On-set production experience
  • Able to work nights and weekends when needed

Not Required but preferred experience:
  • 1 - 2 years of Production Coordinator, PA, and Runner experience
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Suite
  • Experience working in a production office

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $81,120.00 salary per year.
