Position Overview:

We are seeking positive, energetic, and self-starting individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role requires an outgoing personality, as you’ll be interacting directly with customers both in person and over the phone. Available as part-time and full-time positions, this entry-level role offers significant growth potential, with wage increases as you progress through training and advance to each new Teller Level.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teller Functions:
  • Perform basic teller functions, including accepting deposits, processing withdrawals, facilitating loan payments, and cashing checks.
  • Operate the teller window efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure accurate end-of-day transaction processing.
  • Account Services:
  • Open basic personal and business accounts, providing guidance to customers on available products and services.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • ATM & Vault Management:
  • Balance the vault and ATMs as required, ensuring accuracy and security in cash management processes.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette, handling customer inquiries and transactions with professionalism.
  • Engage positively with customers to build relationships and promote the bank’s products and services.
