We are growing our sales division and hiring an Entry Level Sales Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and expand telecommunications services within a designated territory.

This role focuses on developing new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for introducing our services, managing the enrollment process, and ensuring customers receive the right service solutions for their needs.


Position Overview

The Entry Level Sales Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for customers interested in upgrading or enrolling in telecommunications services. You will work within your territory to identify opportunities, present service options, and manage accounts from initial consultation through activation.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer accounts within your assigned territory
  • Conduct consultations with prospective customers regarding our services
  • Recommend service bundles including wireless, high speed internet, and TV
  • Manage the enrollment process and ensure accurate account setup
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to support retention and satisfaction
  • Track sales performance and account activity using internal systems
