As you gain experience and prove reliability, your responsibilities can expand to include:
• Running maintenance jobs

Commercial Facilities Experience
In addition to residential work, you'll gain exposure to commercial facilities maintenance projects, including:
• Job scoping and planning
• Understanding how maintenance work is priced
• Coordinating crews and schedules
• Communicating with clients and property managers
• Seeing work through from start to finish
These skills are transferable across facilities maintenance and the skilled trades.

• Long-term career growth within HomeSmiles
• Transferable experience across facilities maintenance and related trades
Requirements
• Technical college training preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work outdoors
• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards
• Strong work ethic and accountability
