JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Analyst I who is eager to learn and grow within the Technical Support team at iTradeNetwork. Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. This role is based in one of our hub locations and reports to the hiring manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for iTradeNetwork's supply chain platform.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes, tools, and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of iTradeNetwork's products and services.
  • Support customer onboarding and training as needed.
  • Participate in various other tasks and projects as needed.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • No previous professional experience required; internship or relevant academic project experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
