Job description

Title - Project Manager III Location - PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Cleveland, OH - Akron, AL - Birmingham, OH - Columbus, IL - Downers Grove ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manages complex HR projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. • Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assign tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution. • Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential risks, devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results. • Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. MUST HAVE SKILLS: • Microsoft Project • JIRA • SharePoint • Strong accuracy and attention to detail • PM organization and administration • Risk and dependency management • Strong Analytical Thinking SOFT SKILLS: • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience. • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
