Job description

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Technical Fulfillment Specialist to assist with the setup, testing, and preparation of technology-driven parking equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing or recently completing a degree in a technical field or holding certifications like the CompTIA A+. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, this is your opportunity to gain real-world experience with a company that is a leader in the parking technology industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure PCs, point-of-sale (POS) systems, entry and exit stations, gates, and automatic vehicle identifiers (AVI).
  • Test equipment to ensure functionality before deployment.
  • Pack and prepare equipment for shipment and on-site installation.
  • Assist with inventory management and fulfillment tasks.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with senior technicians as needed.
  • Handle physical tasks, including moving and organizing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely project fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing or completed coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or similar technical certification is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working with hardware setups, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as part of fulfillment tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
