POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our corporate team and support Pre-Owned vehicle operations across our 16-dealership group. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in automotive retail operations. You will be trained on all aspects of the position, including vehicle pricing, online merchandising, KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis. The right candidate brings curiosity, a strong work ethic, and comfort with technology—we’ll teach you the rest

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with competitive pricing strategies for pre-owned inventory across all 16 rooftops using pricing tools and market data

• Merchandise pre-owned vehicles for online listings, ensuring photos, descriptions, and vehicle details are accurate and compelling

• Monitor and track designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the dealership group and flag trends or concerns

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making

• Analyze pre-owned sales data, turn times, aging inventory, and market conditions to identify opportunities

• Prepare and present data-driven insights to leadership and dealership management teams

• Collaborate with General Managers and Used Car Managers to ensure operational alignment and best practices

• Travel occasionally to dealership locations as needed for training, audits, or operational support


WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually
