Service Desk Technician

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Schedule: Onsite

Contract Length: 6 Months with strong potential for extension

Available Shifts
  • 1 Opening: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 2 Openings: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 1 Opening: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 1 Opening: Monday-Thursday | 11:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking Service Desk Technicians to join a growing IT support team in Oshkosh, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level IT professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise environment, as well as experienced Service Desk analysts seeking to expand their technical skills.

The Service Desk Technician serves as the first point of contact for end users, providing technical support through phone, email, and chat channels. The team supports a large-scale enterprise environment and is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for end-user issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Create, update, and manage incidents and service requests within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (O365) issues, including Outlook, Teams, and other Office applications.
  • Support Active Directory account administration, including password resets and account unlocks.
  • Handle access requests, software support, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Provide support for SAP-related issues and application access requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer interactions.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting service-level expectations.
