About the Role


We are hiring a Entry Level IT Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the Fortune 10 companies in the U.S.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users through phone and live chat.

  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to MS applications and proprietary systems.

  • Manage multiple live chats while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues within established guidelines.

  • Clearly document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in support tickets.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support teams with accurate and detailed documentation.

  • Work closely with peers, technical Subject Matter Experts, and global support teams.

  • Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining service-level and quality expectations.

Compensation
