For over 20 years, this company has been advising PE firms, providing them with best in class strategy using technologies they have developed over the last few decades. They've redefined their industry, with multi-award winning software that is relied upon by over 15,000 firms worldwide.


Responsibilities:


  • Use multiple methods of outreach to engage with customers
  • Create strong relationships with clients by utilizing a friendly and confident phone presence
  • Gain a solid understanding of the company's value proposition and how they can assist client needs
  • Undertake research when it comes to mapping existing accounts, identifying customer pain points and potential areas of additional growth
