Our internship program runs during the summer of 2027.

As a Technology Intern at BHN, you will work with our software developers, and architects, and you will learn to build large scale big data processing systems that processes multi billion dollars financial transactions with penny-level precision. You will have an opportunity to work on the following at scale:
  • Building stream-processing systems, using solutions such as Spark-Streaming. 
  • Building DevOps pipelines and CI/CD systems for the agile enterprise  
  • Build Large scale transaction processing systems with technologies such as REST, micro-services, Spark, Lambda processing, Kinesis, Elastic, AWS, and more. 
  • Data and Analytics platforms that applies ML/AI and Big Data techniques 
  • Real time risk/Fraud systems that detect and prevent financial fraud 
  • Building Secure and Scalable cloud infrastructure

Ideal Skill set:

Salary Range: $25.00/hr to $35.00/hr

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays in the year 2027, 1 hour of sick pay accrual for every 30 hours worked, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
