  • Install cable supports, pathways, racks, cabinets, faceplates, and related hardware.
  • Read and follow basic drawings, floor plans, installation instructions, and project documentation.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and job sites.
  • Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Follow company procedures and job-site safety requirements.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel to job sites as required.

This is a hands-on field position. Candidates must be able to:

  • Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Work from ladders and lifts when required.
  • Lift and carry tools, equipment, cable, and materials.
  • Work in commercial construction and other job-site environments.
  • Perform work above ceilings, in equipment rooms, and in other areas typical of low-voltage installations.

Preferred Experience

The following experience is helpful but not required:

  • Construction or skilled-trade experience.
  • Low-voltage or structured cabling experience.
  • Basic networking or IT knowledge.
  • Experience with security cameras, access control, alarm, or network systems.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. The right candidate is interested in learning a skilled trade, developing technical knowledge, and growing with Eagle Eye.

We value employees who show up ready to work, take responsibility for their work, ask questions when they don't know something, and continually work to improve their skills.
