Job description

Job Title: Entry Level Panel Tech Location: Bridgeville, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $41,600.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

  • Assist in assembling and wiring control panels based on project specifications, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Support the installation of electrical components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers in control panels following instructions from senior technicians
  • Help inspect wiring and components to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues encountered during assembly and report to senior team members
  • Collaborate with engineers and experienced technicians to ensure control panels meet project requirements
  • Keep track of wiring configurations and components used during assembly
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
  • Help maintain tools, equipment, and work area in organized condition

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in electrical systems or control panel wiring is a plus
  • No previous experience required; relevant coursework or internships in electrical systems preferred
  • Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring
