We are seeking a Recruiter for our Warren, MI headquarters focused on recruiting for Drivers and Mechanics for Hercules Materials Holdings and Conlan Tire. We are seeking an entry level, aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing on a regional basis for Drivers and Mechanics
  • Sourcing to screening and reviewing applications, tracking applicants and the final interviews
  • Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company's HRIS system and Microsoft Access
  • Daily administrative functions as needed.
