About the Position:

Loan Verification Processor -In-office Position - Irvine, CA

We’re looking for top candidates to join our team as Loan Verification Processors. If you’re a motivated and energetic individual, with a passion for delivering superior customer service and contributing to a team environment, we’d love to talk with you! Do you like to talk to people? Do you have an inquisitive mind? Is your phone an extension of your arm? If you answered yes to these questions, we have the job for you!

As a Processor, you’ll be speaking with insurance agents, Human Resource personnel, references and more! You’ll work on a team of other over achievers in a fast-paced environment. Not only that, but because it’s an entry level position, you’ll learn the skills to advance within the department if you display killer communication and customer service skills and a knack for multi-tasking and attention to detail. Successful candidates will be given training in the areas of Risk analysis, Loan packaging and Loan processing.

Job Requirements:

As an Entry Level Processor, you will be responsible making outbound phone calls to complete auto loan verifications. Our successful Processors can multi-task in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.

  • Job type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am- 5:00pm
  • In-office position only

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
  • Detail oriented; great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Basic typing and computer skills
  • Able to handle high phone volume and complete verifications for employment, auto insurance and place of residency.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
