The Opportunity
As a PwC Internal Partnership Tax Team - Mobility Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax consulting services, focusing on tax planning, compliance, and strategy to help businesses navigate complex tax regulations. Within our Tax practice, you will oversee tax-related issues affecting businesses in various areas, including local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance. This role involves delivering tax consulting services on strategic and operational matters that impact businesses.
As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipate needs. You will guide and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards while navigating complex situations. Your role will involve using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. You will also be responsible for interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.
In this role at PwC, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and develop your personal brand while growing your technical skills. You will be expected to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
