Job description

A minimum of one to three years of experience in a law firm is required, and an LL.M. in tax or a CPA license would be helpful. Qualified candidates will have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: estate planning, tax-exempt organizations, corporate and partnership taxation, international tax, and ERISA. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state.
