What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking strategies
  • Conduct phone screenings and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and career goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Learn industry-specific recruiting practices across banking, mortgage, financial services, and professional services sectors
  • Assist with job posting creation, recruiting campaigns, and talent marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to support client hiring needs
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through placement
  • Continuously develop recruiting, sales, business development, and relationship management skills
