Job description

Position Summary:

We are looking to hire tactical gear enthusiasts for our different teams (customer support, production, manufacturing, laser cutting, management, product design, shipping, marketing, and media.
This is an entry-level position.
Our ideal hire would be someone who has multiple load-outs and is constantly changing and improving their setups. We are only looking to hire individuals with a true passion for tactical nylon gear. Please do not apply if you only know firearms and cannot get into a detailed conversion of different types of tactical gear used today from industry-leading brands (Spiritus Systems, Ferro Concepts, Shaw Concepts, Crye Precision, Eagle Industries, etc).

We will look over your prior and current load-outs as part of your interview (extra consideration for those with experience using AXL products).
We prefer to hire individuals who already have experience and skills in customer support, production, manufacturing, laser cutting, management, government sales, product design, sewing, shipping, and media who has a love and knowledge of gear.   • Extensive knowledge of tactical gear (pouches, armor carriers, armor carrier accessories, packs, comms systems, helmets, outdoor gear, ect).

  • Follow all the latest tactical gear brands (Crye Precision, Spiritus Systems, Ferro Concepts, Shaw Concepts, Haley Strategic, etc) and up-and-coming garage, and independent designers.
