JCS Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Analyst to support data-driven decision making across our business operations. Working alongside experienced managers, the analyst will gather and organize data, build recurring reports, and help translate findings into practical actions for internal teams and client-facing programs. What you will do:

  • Support market and competitor research, including sizing opportunities, profiling target segments, and documenting relevant industry developments.
  • Assist with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance summaries in partnership with finance and operations staff.
  • Build clear charts, tables, and slides that make complex information easy for non-technical audiences to understand.
  • Document processes, maintain data definitions, and recommend simple improvements that reduce manual effort in recurring reporting.
  • Participate in team meetings and client reviews, taking notes, tracking follow-up items, and confirming that action items are completed on schedule.

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00
