About the Role
We're looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team and support a broad range of day-to-day HR activities. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who has a solid foundation in HR and is ready to expand their experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, wellness, recognition, HR administration, and HR systems.
You'll work closely with employees, leaders, and members of the HR team, while gaining exposure to different areas of HR and taking on increasing responsibility as you grow.
This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in our North Scottsdale office.
What You'll Do
Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Support recruiting activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires have the information, systems, and resources they need to get started.
  • Support the new hire experience through the first 90 days.

Employee Experience
  • Help coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs, events, and communications.
  • Support onsite and remote employee activities.
  • Administer employee recognition programs, including service anniversary recognition.
  • Assist with employee communications, event logistics, supplies, and related expenses.

HR Administration
  • Process employee changes and maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information.
  • Handle employment verification and other routine employee requests.
  • Support employee offboarding, including documentation and exit interviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive HR matters.
  • Assist with additional HR processes and projects as needed.

HR Systems & Operations
  • Maintain accurate employee data in UKG and other HR systems.
  • Process routine HR transactions and updates.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, documentation, and other administrative activities.
  • Assist with HR process improvements and cross-functional workflows.

What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience, ideally in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or entry-level HR Generalist role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, or other HR processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented style.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Experience with an HRIS preferred; UKG experience is a plus.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and build a career in Human Resources.
