Job Summary

Twelve is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Specialist to support operational delivery for key merchandising programs and enterprise accounts. This role will assist with purchase order processing, production trackers, supplier follow-up, sample coordination, compliance documentation, logistics support, and internal/client status updates from brief through delivery.The role will work closely with the Production & Operations Manager, logistics, compliance, finance, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward.


Responsibilities

Account, Project & Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized project trackers, account documents, purchase order records, follow-up notes, and client-specific process documentation
  • Support client and internal status updates by gathering information from suppliers and internal teams, preparing meeting notes, and flagging missing information or next steps


Order Fulfillment, Production & Critical Path Support

  • Assist with PO conversion and supplier handoff after requirements, pricing, and timelines have been reviewed and approved by the manager
  • Follow up with suppliers and factories on production status, estimated completion dates, sample progress, and upcoming milestone requirements
  • Update critical path documents with key production milestones, including sampling, approvals, production start dates, QA/QC, compliance, shipping readiness, and invoicing status
  • Track open supplier actions and flag missing information, delays, or changes to the manager for review


Sampling, Quality, Compliance & Documentation

  • Support Pre-Production Sample coordination by tracking sample submissions, approvals, revisions, dispatch details, and required follow-up
  • Maintain sample records, production documentation, range boards, project folders, and client-specific process documents
  • Help organize production photos, sample feedback, approvals, and related documentation to ensure files are complete and easy to reference


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in production, supply chain, operations, merchandising, account coordination or a similar support role; relevant internships or entry-level experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage trackers, details, timelines, documents, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with purchase orders, quantities, dates, costs, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems, trackers, client portals, NetSuite, and project management tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to flag risks, ask questions, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Interest in production, supply chain, or client operations
