Position Summary:

The Transportation Technology Integration Specialist is an entry-level position responsible for configuring systems for new and/or existing dedicated accounts, as well as analyzing and responding to customer needs and priorities. This role will partner closely with Pyle's Process Improvement, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with Operations and customers to successfully onboard new customers and maintain existing business
  • Responding to and assisting users with system-related questions and concerns
  • Providing hands-on workforce training
  • Reviewing, developing, and analyzing existing system processes, and offering suggestions for improvement
  • Performing ad hoc projects and analytics as required by Operations leadership

To be qualified for this position, you should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, customer-focused environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
