Job description

  • Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand.
  • Material Planning & Execution
    • Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process:
      • Ensure all materials are available for production.
      • Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
  • Inventory Management
    • Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain:
      • Maintain inventory within target thresholds.
      • Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
      • Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate).
    • Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans.
  • Demand & Supply Alignment
    • Lead supply/demand reviews:
      • Ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
      • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
      • Customers - to understand demand and service expectations.
      • Suppliers - to ensure timely material availability.
      • Forwarders/logistics partners - to manage inbound/outbound flows.
  • Tool & Process Enhancement
    • Drive IT tool enhancements to support:
      • Demand planning.
      • Material planning.
      • Reporting and analytics.
      • Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.

Salary range: $120K-150K
