Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Kensington, MD
Pay Rate: $ 21.00/hour

LHH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support a healthcare supply chain operation in Kensington, Maryland. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials and supplies are accurately managed, stocked, and delivered to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, inventory control, or customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and prepare soft goods for surgical cases.
  • Manage inventory, replenishment, and delivery of supplies and materials.
  • Analyze and maintain inventory par levels to support operational needs.
  • Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing teams to obtain products within established contracts.
  • Assist with product organization, storage optimization, and space planning initiatives.
  • Track the movement of materials and supplies throughout the facility.
  • Count, sort, verify, and record inventory quantities, codes, and other related information.
  • Stock shelves, storage areas, and departments as needed.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and system updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting internal departments and staff.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or defects.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer-service mindset and professionalism.
  • Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers, including data entry, email, spreadsheets, and word processing applications.
