Job description

This role is responsible for defining end-to-end supply chain solutions across planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment, ensuring seamless integration across SAP and connected enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong end-to-end architecture experience, deep expertise in SAP Production Planning, and hands-on SAP IBP planning integration. This role is critical to building a scalable, globally integrated supply chain platform supporting complex manufacturing and high-growth operations.

Reports To: Director, Engineering & Supply Chain Systems
Clearance: Uncleared

Authorization: Must be a US Citizen

Must‐Haves (Non‐Negotiable):

  • 8-10+ years of SAP experience across supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics
    • end to end SAP supply chain architectures
  • Experience with modules PP, MM, SD, FI/CO — priority is production planning. If they do not have Supply chain and production (PP) they will be NAF
  • SAP Production Planning (PP) including MRP (Material Requirement Productions), BOMs, routings, and production master data
  • Experience working with high level stakeholders — can be in a room to make decisions and direct the business 
  • Technical experience not just operational, someone who can also have hands on a keyboard

Resume should include:

  • SAP PP, MM, EWM, subcontracting, intercompany, inventory, and logistics
  • Multi-plant and multi-entity supply chain design
  • Contract manufacturing and/or complex manufacturing environments
  • MRP, supply planning, demand planning, and ideally IBP integration
  • BOMs, routings, production versions, procurement structures, and planning master data
  • Product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and finance integration
  • Practical experience simplifying complex process designs into scalable SAP solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including demand and/or supply planning and integration with S/4HANA
  • Experience with PLM integration and engineering change processes
  • Experience with Configure-to-Order (CTO), intercompany, and multi-plant scenarios
  • Exposure to advanced intercompany processing and advanced STO scenarios
  • Exposure to SAP aATP
  • Experience integrating with 3PL, warehouse, or external logistics providers
  • SAP S/4HANA or supply chain certifications
