Job description

Trinity Social Services is expanding our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and seeking skilled, reliable substance abuse counselors to join our clinical team. If you are credentialed, experienced, and passionate about supporting clients in recovery, we invite you to join us.
What You'll Do
  • Lead group counseling and individual sessions in a structured IOP setting.
  • Complete substance abuse assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Document all services in our electronic medical record system.
  • Monitor progress, support relapse-prevention, and coordinate discharge planning.
  • Assist with daily program operations and maintain compliance with state and contract standards.
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and community partners.

What You Need (Required)
  • Active Georgia Addiction Counseling Credential
    Accepted: CACII, CADCII, MAC, CCADC, CAS, or CACI (with supervision)
  • 2+ years of experience in Intensive Outpatient Programs
  • Strong communication skills and reliable professional presence.
  • Ability to work in the office for group facilitation and client sessions.
