As a Busser, you'll be a vital part of our dining team, ensuring that our dining areas are always ready for guests and that service runs smoothly. Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required. 
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card. 
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License. 
  • Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs. 
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. 
  • Prepare the dining room for service, including setting and resetting tables for guest use. 
  • Promptly remove dirty dishes from tables during and after the dining experience. 
  • Assist servers with the delivery of food and beverages to tables. Stock server-side stations as needed. 
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining rooms. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Follow safe food handling procedures and provide a safe environment for guests. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests. Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to the relevant team members. 
  •  Follow all laws pertaining to the sales and service of alcoholic beverages. 
  • Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
