Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand objectives and define business requirements.

• Document business processes, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Analyze and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.

• Support the design, testing, and implementation of risk, reporting, and trading-related applications.

• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.

• Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to support business and technical needs.

• Coordinate testing efforts and support change management activities.

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AWS-based solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Early to mid-level experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.

• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.

• Strong SQL, Excel, and data analysis skills.

• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud technologies.

• Experience supporting regulatory reporting, risk management, or financial systems.

• Experience with risk management systems, OTC derivatives, trading platforms, or financial markets.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
