Koch, Inc. has an opportunity for an Accounting or Finance Analyst Co-Op to join our accounting/finance teams at our Wichita, KS headquarters. We are seeking candidates who are looking to gain real experience and are interested in pursuing a potential full-time Accounting or Finance Analyst position in one of our Koch companies.

This posting is specifically for our Koch Wichita Headquartered Companies with the opportunity location in Wichita, KS. Depending on performance and business needs, our entry-level position will also be based in Wichita, Kansas.

Our co-ops work alongside experienced professionals to solve real problems and offer insights that benefit society through improving our products and services. In addition to being a contributor on their team, co-ops at Koch Companies explore our unique Principle-Based Management culture, partner with interns from other disciplines on case studies, learn key business concepts and Koch mental models, and engage with leaders to learn more about business transformation, our work in society, and more.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Eligible for full-time employment between May 2027 or May 2028
  • Able to work onsite at our Wichita, KS, headquarters a minimum of 20 hours a week
  • Able to work in the US without sponsorship
