Who We Are Looking For:
 
We are seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Coordinator to support our purchasing and inventory management activities. This role will assist the supply chain team in processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining inventory records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to start a career in supply chain management, develop hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-paced beauty brand.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Purchase Order Execution: Create and manage POs, WOs, TOs, and Item Receipts in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

  • Open Order Management: Own weekly Open Order Report meetings with suppliers to ensure orders are accurate, on-time, and in full for in-line business and new launches.  Ensure Netsuite is updated weekly with expected ship and delivery dates.

  • Production Tracking: Manage the timing of purchase orders, track production, and ensure on-time delivery of inbound materials and finished goods

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate production or material delays before they impact the business, escalating as needed

  • Inventory Reconciliation: Manage inventory reconciliation at contract manufacturers (CMs) and drive resolution of discrepancies

  • Excess Inventory Management: Monitor and mitigate excess inventory at CMs to reduce carrying costs and waste

  • Expedition Analysis: Conduct air freight and expedition analysis, managing expedition options with packaging and CM suppliers to improve production lead times

  • Lead Time Improvement: Partner with suppliers to continuously improve production lead times and optimize delivery timing

  • Cost Negotiations: Support and conduct cost negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms

  • BOM Management: Process BOM revisions and communicate revisions clearly and promptly to suppliers

  • Invoice Resolution: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in partnership with finance and suppliers

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Deliver weekly inventory risk updates to cross-functional teams, providing clear visibility into supply status and potential disruptions

What Will Make You Stand Out:
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or purchasing, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or consumer products industry

  • Hands-on experience creating POs, WOs, TOs, and Item Receipts in NetSuite (or a comparable ERP)

  • Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously

  • Working knowledge of inventory reconciliation, BOMs, and purchase order lifecycle management

  • Experience with freight, expedition, and lead-time analysis a plus

  • Comfortable surfacing risks early and communicating clearly with both suppliers and internal cross-functional partners

  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain / ERP systems to track, analyze, and report on order and inventory status

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership over the details

The base pay range for this role is $28/hour - $32/hour, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
