Description

Our client is looking for a junior-level Software developer to be a part of their rising talent program across it's enterprise. This developer will be working through an eleven-week immersive program that begins with a remote bootcamp class, that rolls into an on-the-job hybrid training period and finally working on-site as an individual contributor and a conversion to a permanent employee of our client . The program prepares early-career professionals for enterprise ETL (Data Analytics) development roles focused on data integration, batch processing, and production support across large-scale systems.

Learners build practical skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux shell scripting, data warehousing, CA7 scheduling, JCL concepts, Teradata, and Informatica Cloud Data Integration. Hands-on labs develop a running ETL pipeline from initial source queries through a scheduled, monitored, restartable production-style workflow, culminating in assessments and a team-based capstone project.

AI is integrated throughout the program through weekly segments on responsible use, governance, security, emerging tools, and how AI is changing each technical domain.

Professional skills are reinforced through technical documentation, troubleshooting, production support practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
