Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Developer / Data Solutions Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting, analytics, data integration, and application solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and end users to understand business requirements, integrate data from multiple enterprise systems, improve access to information, and deliver reliable solutions that support operational performance and business decision-making.

The Developer will also evaluate existing applications and systems and recommend appropriate software upgrades, enhancements, and technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software applications and data solutions.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems to support reporting, analytics, and business applications.
  • Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions.
  • Design specific computer systems and application software based on business and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate existing applications and recommend software upgrades, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Partner with developers and data engineers to validate data accuracy and resolve data quality or integration issues.
  • Troubleshoot application, reporting, database, and data integration issues.
  • Develop secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
  • Support system testing, implementation, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
  • Participate in application modernization and cloud-based development initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow established development and source-control standards.

Required QualificationsExperience
  • 3–5 years of experience in software development, application development, business intelligence, reporting, data solutions, or a related technical field.
  • Experience developing web applications, APIs, dashboards, reporting solutions, and business systems.
  • Experience integrating, validating, troubleshooting, and consolidating data from multiple enterprise platforms.
Application Development
  • Strong proficiency with C# and .NET.
  • Experience with modern web application development.
  • Experience with Blazor.
