Position Title: Sr. Software Engineer Location: PA - Pittsburgh, AL - Birmingham, AZ - Phoenix Work Status : 5 Days Onsite Duration : Contract to Hire Years Of Experience Required : 12+ Industry Background: Finance / Banking Function of the Group : Business Management Support for Fraud Organization Initiatives/Projects: Microsoft Suite, Power Automate, PowerApps Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. • Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency. • Develop, manage, and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows. • Create executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. • Partner with fraud business teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. • Support data analysis and reporting initiatives to provide actionable business insights. • Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and solution designs. • Participate in solution testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities. • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Follow established governance, security, and development best practices Must Have Technical Skills: • Microsoft Sharepoint • Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) • Power BI (dashboard experience) • Tableau Flex Skills/Nice to Have: • Jira • SQL • Python • CI/CD Ref: #404-IT Pittsburgh
