An entry level sponsorship typically refers to a job opportunity where an employer is willing to sponsor a candidate, often for a work visa, who is just beginning their career or has minimal professional experience. These roles are designed for recent graduates or individuals entering a new field, providing them with the necessary support and authorization to work legally in a country. Sponsorship at the entry level helps companies attract global talent while offering valuable work experience to newcomers.
