MedSpa & Aesthetics Travel Sales Manager -
$3,000 Base + High Commission | Company Car | Paid Travel & Housing
We're hiring a Traveling Sales Manager to support and grow our luxury MedSpa locations across multiple states. If you have experience in medical aesthetics or luxury spa sales-and enjoy leading teams and traveling-this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Travel to spa locations in Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Indiana, or Texas
  • Lead and coach in-spa sales teams to hit goals
  • Sell services like injectables, skincare treatments, and memberships
  • Help launch new spa locations and improve existing ones
  • Stay at each location for 60-90 days, depending on performance

Requirements (Must-Haves):
  • 1+ year experience in a MedSpa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury spa
  • Proven sales and team leadership experience
  • Strong communication, sales, and client service skills
  • Open to frequent U.S. travel (flights, housing, and car provided)

Pay & Benefits:
  • $3,000 base salary + 5-10% commission (uncapped)
