Sales Manager - Luxury Spa
Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission

About the Role
Step into a high-energy sales role at one of our luxury spa locations. As a Sales Manager, your primary focus is driving revenue by selling treatments and packages, upselling, and cross-selling directly to clients after their sessions. You'll also align and support your sales team to ensure daily sales goals are met, creating a client experience that encourages repeat visits and maximizes results.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the sales team to achieve daily sales quotas
  • Sell, upsell, and cross-sell premium spa treatments and packages
  • Engage with clients after treatments to enhance their experience and maximize sales
  • Use the CRM system to track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best
  • Optionally travel to support other spa locations, with all travel expenses covered by the company
