• own the systems that power the entire customer journey: how practices find us, sign up, and go live
• help them discover Lassie and get successful fast
• build infrastructure that makes deals close smoothly and new customers successful from day one
• create tools and systems that multiply the impact of sales and engineering
• collaborate directly with sales to turn messy workflows into streamlined systems
• influence how we approach marketing, brand, and distribution
