Job Description

·                     Support facility operations by designing, improving, and maintaining equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient production

·                     Evaluate and enhance equipment and facility systems to optimize operational performance

·                     Select and install new machinery while collaborating with suppliers and contractors throughout the process

·                     Test and commission equipment to verify proper functionality and compliance with specifications

·                     Manage maintenance capital equipment initiatives and resolve related issues

·                     Plan and oversee projects from inception to completion, including budget development and timeline management

·                     Develop detailed project scopes and cost estimates to support planning and decision-making

·                     Supervise contractor work and enforce safety practices on-site

·                     Design and maintain plant floor layouts utilizing Autodesk Inventor (3D CAD)

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience

·                     Proficiency in 3D CAD software packages, with preference for Autodesk Inventor

·                     BS in Engineering required
